Africabrokers, its management, employees, agents, brokers,  and associated brokers will not provide additional information on any listing unless accurate information is declared via our off or on-line NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)  coupled with your ability to provide acceptable evidence of sufficient own finance and/or access to debt finance to finance your prospective purchase or acquisition. We will only transact business with potentially qualified prospective buyers. Whilst each transaction is calculated on its own merit, a guiding principle is to have access to 60 to 80% (own finance + debt finance) of the purchase price of a business. We will respect those persons or companies that are pre-qualified by financiers to fund certain transactions. Evidence of this will however be requested. We reserve the right to protect the confidentiality of all our clients. There shall be no exceptions to this Company Policy.
